Handling & Shipping Times

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit time: 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total delivery estimate: Typically 5–9 business days from order placement (handling + transit). 

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Locations & Couriers

  • Delivery locations: Delivery to the customer’s address within the United Kingdom.
  • Likely couriers: We commonly use reputable carriers for UK deliveries such as Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and Evri (Hermes). The actual carrier will be chosen based on parcel size, weight, destination, and service availability.
  • Shipping zones: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Order Cut-Off Time

Order cut-off: Orders placed before 5 PM (London, GMT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking: A tracking link is sent via email once the order is shipped. Use the tracking link to view the courier’s latest updates.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email within the handling timeframe, please contact support with your order number.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Lost orders: If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and advise next steps.
  • Damaged orders: Report damage within 7 days of delivery. Customers must provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Wrong items: If you received an incorrect item, report it within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos; we will arrange the correct item to be sent or provide instructions for return and refund.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations: Allowed before the order has been shipped. To cancel, contact support with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, please follow the returns process once the order is delivered.
